A distinguished expert in robotics and automatic control, holding a Ph.D. in Engineering, with decades of experience in scientific research, teaching, and academic administration at leading universities worldwide. He has devoted his career to research in robotic intelligent control and is among the early overseas Chinese scholars who made significant contributions to the Japanese robotics community, having received top-tier prestigious awards from Japan's leading academic societies.

Mr. Bing Zhou holds a Master of Science degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), with academic credentials authenticated by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE) as a recognized overseas returnee. With over 14 years of hands-on experience in security solution operations and market development within the information security industry, Mr. Zhou has deep expertise in the enterprise security sector. He specializes in market operations management, industry and regional business development, security consulting, and architectural design.

Mr. Di Zhang founded and leads the Global Dispute Resolution Team at Bambu Lab. Prior to joining Bambu Lab, he served as Legal Counsel in the Global Litigation Team at Nokia, primarily responsible for dispute resolution with a focus on intellectual property litigation and licensing (FRAND) matters. Mr. Zhang previously practiced as a Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons in both the Beijing and Shenzhen offices. He studied Automation and Law at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University, and obtained a Master of Laws degree from China University of Political Science and Law. Mr. Zhang holds both PRC legal qualification and patent attorney qualification.

Ms. Dan Liu, Vice President, oversees technology transfer and industry-university-research collaboration at the Institute. She is a core member of the innovation team recognized under the Ministry of Science and Technology's Innovation Talent Promotion Program – Key Fields Innovation Team, and has been accredited as a Senior Professional Technology Manager in Shenzhen. She possesses extensive experience across the supply side, demand side, and service side of commercialization and technology transfer.

Mr. Mo serves as an AI lecturer for the executive training programs at the Party School of Guangdong Provincial Committee and the Party School of Longhua District, Shenzhen. He is also an enterprise mentor for the "Dual Mentors Enter Dual Parks" program in Nanshan District, a market advisory expert on AI chips for multiple investment institutions, and a regularly invited guest speaker for Alibaba International Station and the MBA program at Sun Yat-sen University.

Ms. Tan is a member of the Shenzhen Intellectual Property Expert Pool, a member of the National Technical Committee on Knowledge Management Standardization (SAC/TC 554), Secretary-General of the Guangdong Provincial Technical Committee on Intellectual Property Service Standardization, and Secretary-General of the Shenzhen Municipal Technical Committee on Intellectual Property Standardization.

Dr. Dong is currently Vice Dean, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor of the Intellectual Property Research Institute at Xiamen University, a part-time Researcher at the Belt and Road Research Institute of Xiamen University, a visiting scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, a Fujian Provincial High-Level Talent, and a part-time lawyer at Fujian Pintong Law Firm.

Mr. Wenqiu Liu is one of the founding partners of Shenzhen Johnson Intellectual Property Agency, as well as president of Shenzhen Enterprise Science and Technology Innovation Association. He is an experienced Chinese patent, trademark attorney, and an IP expert who is often invited to give lectures and training lessons at at numerous national and international seminars, univeristies and associations.

Dr. Xu is a member of the inaugural Expert Pool for Patent Analysis and Early Warning of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). He holds both the qualification of Patent Agent and the Legal Professional Qualification in China. He has served as the Principal Investigator for one project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and one project funded by the State Key Laboratory of Advanced Design and Manufacturing for Vehicle Body. He has also participated in the drafting of one national standard. Dr. Xu brings a solid technical background coupled with extensive experience in the intellectual property industry.

Mr. Li has been recognized as one of the "Top 40 Intellectual Property Elites Under 40" in China (U40) for the 4th cohort, and named among the "40 Rising Intellectual Property Figures" in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. He also serves as a Public Interest Lecturer for the "Belt and Road" Corporate Intellectual Property Talent Reserve Training Program in the Greater Bay Area. He was honored by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) as an "Outstanding Individual in Corporate IP Work" for 2019, and was awarded the title of "Gold Medal IP Lecturer" for 2020 by IPRdaily.

Ms. Guo is fully responsible for the company's overall intellectual property planning and full-cycle IP operations management. She leads IP licensing negotiations and related dispute resolution matters, coordinates and manages various core international intellectual property affairs, and establishes IP management systems tailored to the company's development needs, thereby safeguarding the company's IP rights and maximizing their commercial value.

Mr. Tan Tee Jim, SC. was called to the Singapore Bar in 1980. He graduated from the University of Singapore in 1979 and has a Master’s degree in law from the University of London. In 1999, he was appointed a Senior Counsel by the Supreme Court of Singapore. Senior Counsel in Singapore are an elite group of advocates who have top-tier advocacy skills, professional integrity and are learned in the law. Tee Jim has been involved in numerous court cases, including cases which have become well known in Singapore. He has written extensively on intellectual property law. Amongst others, he is the author of the book entitled “Law of Trade Marks in Singapore” which has been regularly referred to by the courtsin Singapore and other common law countries. He is a regular speaker at local and international conferences. Tee Jim is currently a member of the Competition Appeal Board and Data Protection Appeal Panel of Singapore.
